These are unique programs tailored to you to help you overcome dietary, physical, and emotional barriers to successful weight loss.

We offer two types of weight loss medications - injections and oral compound pills.

Injections:  

* Semaglutide or Tirzepatide (same active ingredients as Ozempic or Mounjaro)

* Ultra Lipotropic B12 Injections

Oral Compound: 

* Phentermine/Topiramate

In order for you to lose weight, we help create a new and healthy mindset about weight loss.  We will help you discover what dietary measures will work for you and your lifestyle!

Your intake visit will consist of a medical history and medication review, a detailed body composition analysis, and a health assessment by our Nurse Practioner as well as the creation of a weight loss plan that fits your specific needs and budget. 

Please bring a detailed list of your current medications.

Get your GLP-1 Injections starting at $50* per week! 

* One-time $200 intake fee required and includes first 0.25 mg injection. $50 weekly for 0.25 mg for Semaglutide injections.  Dosing starts at 0.25 mg with a goal of 2.4 mg.  Weekly costs increase with dose increases. Call for additional details. 

We also offer a Monthly Plan for Oral Compound Phentermine+Topiramate medication and GLP-1 Injections.  The Monthly Plan initial appointment is $200 with follow-up appointments $125.  Additional costs for medications apply.
