In order for you to lose weight, we help create a new and healthy mindset about weight loss.  We will help you discover what dietary measures will work for you and your lifestyle!

Your intake visit will consist of a medical history and medication review, a detailed body composition analysis, and a health assessment by our Nurse Practioner as well as the creation of a weight loss plan that fits your specific needs and budget.
