Oral Compound Phentermine-Topiramate:

The Initial cost is $200 plus the cost of a one month supply of medication, which normally runs between $55 to $75 depending on the dosage.  Follow-up appointments are $125 plus the cost of the medicaiton.   

Subligual Weight Loss:

The Initial cost for runs from $275 to $345, depending on medication selected.  Both options include the intake visit fee plus a four week supply of medication.  Follow up pricing may change depending on dosage selected. 

B-12 Injections:

Lipotropic Ultra / B12 Injections are $25 each.

Weight Loss Injections:

The inital costs runs from $300  to $325, depending on the medication selected and dosage.   Both options include the intake visit fee plus a four week supply of medication from our certified compounding pharmacy.  Follow up pricing may change depending on dosage selected.    Please note that the following pricing is for reference only and is subject to change at any time due to continued increases in compound medicine costs.

Most patients generally start with the lowest dose in order to minimize side affects and dosing is reviewed monthly for adjustments.  Please note that not all patients require monthly increases in dosage strength and may remain at their current level.  Dosing is based upon patient response and provider recommendation.
